Problem with new ATI tensioner pulley I'm having trouble with my new ATI tensioner pulley I just received. When i install the bolt with the washer attached, the metal peice that holds the bolt locks up and the pulley wont rotate. What gives?
I noticed that the new pulley comes with a metal ring that goes between the two bearrings. The old pulley didnt have this.
