LSA won't make more boost

Has anyone ran into a issue where a LSA won't make more boost?
Car has made 11.7# with a 2.55 on it. Swapped to a 2.38 car makes 12.1#. it should be making more according to the pulley maps. The belt is a green belt, with a high end tensioner on it. Does not show belt slip in data.
It has a 3.5" inlet tube and a 92mm T.B on it. I'm wondering if maybe that is the restriction? Going to try pulling it off next time I'm around the car, but it seems like that should be enough.

Those types of blowers really need to breath. The air intake and TB are the restrictions. I don't know what pulley combinations are supposed to make in terms of boost, but that pulley change should have made more than .5 a pound. Is your wastegate working correctly? Could be venting boost and you not know it.

Hit up Rick Crawford on FB, maybe he could help.

Thanks guys. Yeah I know normally one of the first upgrades guys do, is a 5" inlet.
This has a 92mm TB on it, and I verified today, that the TB matches the snout inlet so I guess that part should be fine.
I'll pull off the inlet next time the car is out. We were expecting somewhere in the 14-15# range.
Also verified the little valve is sealed up good today.

I think lexi went 9.7s with an LSA in her G8 back in the day, if you are friends with her maybe ask her pulley combo.

So it turns out, a 3.5" inlet tube won't flow enough air to go over 12#ish. Took off the tube, it's making 17# now. Now we are getting somewhere.
I guess this is why they run 5" inlet tubes.

Sent out the snout to get ported and run a BIG throttlebody. Really wakes those blowers up. Also your reservoir should be as large as possible as these blowers are super prone to heat soak.

I have the green belt and orange square brick seal both new for $40 shipped if you want them. DM me.

It's a buddy's car. It has a reinforced brick in it and new seals. He is talking about having it ported this winter. It's starting to get with the program now.

You could FEED it Pre-Boost with a big, Lazy Turbocharger...
Wouldn't take much to make a YUGE difference.
Even 5 or 6 PSI at Throttle Body Inlet would make a screaming world of difference.
You would need a pretty big INTERCOOler for such a compound.
