Sizing air to water IC's

im looking into the cost of doing a A2W IC.
I think im going to weld it up to save money, making the assembly myself.

well im trying to find cores, and im not sure wich size means what.
they have a hieght, width and depth dimension. Now liquid flows down one side, air in the other, what side is that the width, heigth or depth?

what are the sizing configurations, how big of core would i need per CMF im trying to push through. dont they usauly take two cores welding them together to have the water flow to one side then back to the other?

anyone have any insite on these?

I dont think that is 2 cores welded. Just one that has been enclosed.

look were the water inlets and outlets are, the water flows down to the back then around to the front. also look at the crease in the "Benjimans" there seems to be a weld mark.

anyone have info about sizing A2W IC's?
