Default digital boost gauge?

Are digital boost and fuel pressure gauges as accurate as regular gauges. I would think they would be but the prices are lower for digital gauges compared to beefed up standard gauges. Both the gauges were 0-30 psi just wondering if anyones running a digi gauge...

I run the nordskog digital boost and fuel pressure gauges. They just show the pressure to the nearest psi, no half psi. The boost gauge usually shows 1 psi with no boost but once your in boost it reads correctly. A lot of people have problems with the digital gauges because you have to have a really good ground. You have to ground them directly to the engine block or they won't work. A ground on the fender won't cut it.

It does not matter if the engine is made of aluminum or iron it is still grounded.

We've installed alot of the Dakota Digital gauges and I run their boost gauge on my Suburban. Much easier to read while your trying to watch the road!
