Got into the low 11's this weekend
 

Went to the track sat, had a horrible morning, could not run better than at 12.1 at 117. Car kept throwing a SES light during passes. Finally got to scan it around lunch time, thank god my tuner was there. Dan Bills from FLP was there since they and a local club were sponsoring the track day.

Anyway we found bad misfires on number 3 and 4 cylinders, the plugs were brand new, just put them in the previous weekend. After replacing the 2 bad plugs car was much stronger and I pulled a new personal best of 11.42 at 124 :gruffy: There is still more in the car I believe.

D1 running 8 lbs
Stage 2 heads (FLP)
blower cam
all the usual stuff, headers, 12 bolt with 4.10s
FLP extreme duty T56
42 lb injectors ect ect...

Is it just me or shouldn't that setup net you some 10s?

Hopefully, After chasing down the misfires I only had enough time left in the track rental to get a couple passes in, used those to play with tire pressure. Plus it was 85 out that day. I would like to see 10's this year :)

Yea but I would be board to death the rest of the time I drove the car, and I would get shitty gas mileage too :judge:

i get 24/25 on the highway so i dont know what you're talkin bout..

Also, gas mileage is not great, but what 500 hp performance cars get great mileage?
