Default My estimation of the ATI Procharger install times, etc...

My estimation of the ATI Procharger install times and some hints to make things easier:

It will likely take about 12 hours for 2 people, give or take a couple - it's your pace.
On another day, give another 2 or 3 hours for just you to install the pump and injectors, relaxed pace.

Add a couple hours for you to install a guage pod and the guages.

Also...

I HIGHLY recommend you cut the crank bolt to the length that would allow only ONE washer for tightening.

Three or four washers had mine and someone else's bolt back out. Lather the threads with PLENTY of Red Loctite.

Spray WD-40 onto the inside edges of the hoses so they slip on and rotate around easily while you are positioning them. Otherwise, positioning them will eat up your time.

Remive the thin cover from the service hole to get to the flywheel with a crowbar. Just chock the end of the bar between two teeth and the housing. (If you are an M6, I dono't know how that fits.) Just minimal bracing from your partner will hold the flywheel in place while you break lose and re-tighten the crank bolt.

Some people may do this way quicker and think I'm slow... that's ok.

Some people may take longer 'cause they take beer breaks.. That's cool, too!

I just hope the info helps you get an idea of the timeframe. I know *I* liked stuff like that.
