Got the TT Z back, oil issue fixed!
I was going through 2 quarts of oil in 400 miles, alot of times at WOT I would get white smoke out the back, and notice my oil pressure start to drop off if it was low.
we knew it wasn't the motor since I doubt it would have taken that kind of beating with bad rings, and it did it from the day I picked it up.
It turned out to be an unforseen combination. With all the oil pump problems I had one of ARE's custom oil pumps installed which gave me almost 70psi at WOT.
Well the seals in the turbocharger aren't rated for that, 60psi or so. So on some runs the oil pressure was great enough to blow past the seals in the turbo and burn off.
I decided to drive the car like that since it was going to take some time to figuire it all out and as long as I watched the oil level it wasn't hurting anything.
ARE installed some new restrictor's in the oil lines to the turbo's and cut down the pressure of the oil being sent to the turbo's.
After about 15 minutes of driving the oil that was left in the turbo's burned off and its been clean ever since.
With the new clutch and DS, plus the oil issue fixed the car should be pretty much bullet proof, I hope.
Next week I'll be installing a HD BMR Torque Arm to replace my orignal BMR torque Arm, a true dual under the car exhaust w/ an X pipe, SVT Lightning injectors, and 2 new 12-16psi actuators to replace the ones I have now.
I think we're pushing the ones I have now beyond their rating, I see 12psi until 4800 or so, then I see 14 psi, and boost builds like a SC, so its time to change those out.
Once all that is done it'll go on a EC Dyno and get a retune with LS1 Edit.
I'm going to shoot for another 30-40hp to start off with plus fix some of the small driveability tuning issues.
Good luck.
The turbo is going on the Miata and that will be done in a few weeks, everything must have a turbo now.
Harlan's 2 Step should help alot of my launch issues, we'll see what it does.
I'm still unsure a little on driving on skinnies, that might be better after it get a good front end alignment. The brakes are another issue, I have to look into it but it doesn't want to stop too well. They replaced the front pads but its not like it was last time, I've had a hard time slowing down from 120mph under hard decel without locking up the brakes, on skinnies it be'd even worse.
Milan has plenty of run off, the London does not, gotta find some big brakes to fit the 15 inch rims.

FWIW, we picked up the Baer/Eradispeed Line last week. But I haven't even had time to add 'em to the website yet!
Give me a call, I'm sure I can get you a serious deal on 'em.
