Default Fuel System ? IE Turbo kits

Ok here it goes, As some of you may know I am starting to fab up turbo kits for LS1's. Now comes another question.....

What would you like to see I supply these kits with for the fuel system? meaning what brand name Intank pump, Injecters, and Fuel regularors? And Injecters will be from 42lbs on up

Depends on the level of boost. Here is what I was using for my 15psi needs:

IMO, the minimum are:

255lph pump (in tank) - more pump for boost app's over 8psi
Rising rate regulator
Dedicated fuel return line would be nice

a drop in pump replacement around 300lph would work wonderfully for almost all applications, complete with new 8an lines to the rail mounted boost referenced regulator.. i would pay 500 for this over any other kit.

Turbo Technology, Inc. seems to have developed the first single turbo kit. Rob, at LS1 Motorsports, has scabbed off their kit for a superior (albeit WAY more expensive) kit. I suppose, if you were wishing to exceed the quality of the previously available turbo kits, you might purchase one and improve on it, for a lesser price.

I wish you all the success possible. I think you'll need it.

On a kit for a stock internal motor, i'd say:

svo 42# injectors
walbro 340 intank.....with a "hotwire" kit like the turbo regal guys
A GOOD regulator like the one Charged Air Systems sells along with the necessary fittings to plumb it in.
