ATI's F3 blower.....

How many ribs is on ATI's F3 blower? I'm looking at a pic of it and it looks like it might be a 12 rib. Looks bigger than a 8, maybe it's a 10 rib. But couldn't ATI use those pullies on the P1 or D1 when running 7#'s or higher? Just food for thought.
