Rob's old turbo finally in..

I just finished installing Rob's old Precision T-74 in the TA.. Took a bit of tugging and pulling and I had to notch the frame, but its in... Aside from the 3 month old race gas thats in my tanks and blue smoke, its pretty mean.. Took it out for a drive today and after a few minutes of getting the hesitation from the old fuel out, it busted the 11.5" slicks loose at about 35 and carried sideways for about 50 yards... It still seems to load up with fuel though right after idle, probably from the oil still in the intake from the old turbo and the crappy gas.. Im also guessing my rings have had it because it spews out blue smoke @ idle and puffs some smoke out of the PCV system.. Oil psi is staying right around 38@idle and almost 65@4000.. Hopefully I get the new motor in soon..
But this turbo howls, nice high pitch whine past idle.. Im gonna do some dyno pulls this week if all goes well and maybe try to do some passes.. I'll post vids and slips up next week...
