Oh hell yeah man. That thing pulled like a raped ape on the ride to the event. 4th gear is a monster with that car. Put a smile on my face every time. You have me thinking Turbo now. Forget the NA thing I was planning.

Gota say, the track performance was good, the street runs are much faster feeling.

Thanks guys!!! Now its gonna be hard once I break into the 10's to figure out who's 402 / 408 I am gonna put in the car!!!

Or do I want to crank up the boost and see what a LS1 with a good tune can handle? I think if I do that I will wait till my 408 is in the garage....

Y not just wait till you have the new motor... put it in and then runem.... if you do blow up the stock motor there goes the $$ you could of got for it if you decided to sell it.

I know you have a 9" under there saw the car on sat. I have a few vids of you too..... throw some ET Drags on there and lower that 60' a lil more and you can get your 10 sec pass man.
what was your 60' on your 11.29 run??

on my 11.29 run it was 1.66, on the one I lifted my tires (11.30) it was 1.55

Yea I thought about the whole real slick thing... I also think that if I was to get a wider slick on a 10" rim it would help as well.

I do agree with you on the engine thing.... I guess it would be smart to keep it good so I can sell it, it only has 23,000 miles on it.

What does an STS Turbo system cost? A local shop told me they were getting them in but did not give me a price.

I think a base kit is around $3750.
