Is it the F1-C up or even the F1 itself?

I keep seeing the F1C talked about. Where does it come in against the F1 and F1R CFM wise? What about physical size, is it as big as the F1R or is it a reworked F1?
F1C (step up ratio?, inlet size?, outlet size?, self contained oiling?, reverse and regular rotation?)
Thanks
