83 lber's....

is this too much injector for my setup? i mean im only shootin for 600rwhp. might be able to get a good deal on them. whatcha think

ddnspider Apr 27, 2006 06:50 PM

if ur gonna want more down the road then get them, otherwise 60#ers would do the job just fine for 600rwhp

I'll trade ya for my tron60lb injectors. I'm at 725 and going for cam/meth shooting for 900 and will need some 83lb.

Need pics of your formula, 93formto98... My dad thinkgs that the diamond pearl paint job on a T/A would be badass.

Ping King, what'd they set you back?

Mahhddgtp here you go...

Ping King Apr 27, 2006 09:16 PM

505. theyre actually python injectors..which i assume venom is a subsidiary of. look decent...ill let you know how they work out. car should be started this week.

KAOS, in all seriousness though, I won't be ready to swap out injectors till fall when I get $ to do cam swap/meth/inj/etc. But 60lbs would much better suit your power goals and give more control of fueling and better mileage.

Wow, that's an extremely fair price considering you don't have to buy a $300 convertor to work them. PM me with a link or phone # to where you got them. Very interested in these. Thanks in advance.

Yes, Venom Performance is a subsidiary of Python Injection, Inc.

i hit 700 rwhp with 60's... Im using 75 now for the 800-900, I dont think you will need them. Get 60's since they are easier to tune an cleaner at idle

Please keep us posted. I'll be surprised if they have much control.

Im running 60lbs injectors now and they are maxed out at 630rwhp due to dropping fuel pressure to 40psi at 6K RPM. We are fixing the fuel system to run a higher fuel pressure as we speak, but usually SC'd setups use more fuel than a Turbo at the same level of HP due to unaccounted prastic loss from the SC it self.

The 96lbs i was asking about were for my friend who is planning to go over 1000rwhp with his Twin Turbo setup.

I found the 96lbs on Ebay for $490. I asked the guy if it was a Hi Impedence Injectors and he said yes and they will fit without modification.
