That was the 9.86@141 pass, and I hit the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift.

Looked good out of the hole. I just wish the video quality was better. But Im sure you didnt even expect to have a video. Being that your still in the testing phases of the new setup.

Wow, I agree. Those tires sure do look close in the pics.

Looks like a lot of fun John; what was the temp that day?

On a side note, how did that GT500 run?

They do not rub, I'm surprised too. I had the rears at 4/4 soft and I would prefer to run them at 7/7 but sometimes in the past I could not get the car to hook at other tracks.

It was 45F, the GT500 went high 11's with some issues. I think he went low 12's mostly stock maybe a CAI and a tune, and high 11's trying a new pulley but it was coming off.

If you look closely in pic #9001, it looks like there is a puff of tire smoke.

Nooo, I check the tires routinely to see if they made contact with the body. I have the fenders rolled too and the tires do have some room to move around.

Sucking the wheels and tires in an inch would look nice, but there is no way I'd minitub this heap until it runs some 8's.

You are supposed to do that so it can efficiently run 8's.
