I made a max of 601 rwhp though a 12bolt, 6spd, 346 H/C I know 30th346 made 628rwhp with H/C stock bottom end through a 12bolt and a ZO6 cam his didn't last from what I remember, but that is just about the absolute max I think one would see from the G-trim.

hey jeff do you know which pulley to get from asp since i wanna get that 2.65 pulley from them?

my car made 526 thru the automatic but I think I have more in the tune. gotta get my fuel pump situation sorted out, my racetronix cant keep up with the fuel demand. adding a bap to see if it helps out otherwise twin racetronixs are goin in.

Personally, I'd go with the rechard-racing pulley. I run the 2.65 pulley and I have yet too have any belt slip-age issues.

I can't recall the exact amount I paid for the pulley. But I will tell you that it's worth it. I took a peak at the pics, looks good, clean set-up.

the 2.5 pulley won't be good at peak rpm cause the blower will be maxxed out.

I would try to see how much extra boost you pick up in the lower rpms though.

hmm i might be able to get away with the 2.5 pulley since i dont have heads yet..

wonder if reichard makes a 2.5.

did you see the ultra grip pulley? And why not a 2.50? what advantage would a 2.65 have over it?

the 2.75 pulley supposedly maxes the blower out at 6500 rpm. I've pushed it beyond that.

both the smaller pulleys will bring 1-2 lbs of boost in sooner over the entire range its just that the blowe will be maxxed out a lot sooner. I'm guesstimating the 2.65 would be maxxed at around 62-6300 rpm and the 2.50 would max out the blower at around 6000rpm. those are strictly pulled outta my ***.

only one way to find out for sure. I'd like to try both and see.

inspector 12 if you have the 2.5 pulley still laying around i'd liek to borrow it for an experiment.

I'm sure he'll chime in again.

are you on a stock bottom end? what boost are you pushing now and at what rpm? do you have valve springs yet?

what are all your track times?

Hey guys I don't have the 2.50 pulley either GMS as I sold it with my old setup etc.. The 2.5 will be creating more heat, but there is still a gain especially with methanol to cool the air charge. My fuel setup was the racetronix with a MSD BAP then I changed to the twin Walbro GSS340's with a -8 feed and stock feed as a return. Witch was a big improement as far as consistency. I believe a racetronicx with fuel rails and a regulator on or near the rails with a return line will work good for your application JMO though.

Well all I am saying is with out Meth the gians are very small because of the extra heat you are putting in the motor. I did like the 2.65 I used to shift at 6000-6200. You will like it.
