You might get some belt slip with a pulley that small. Have you tried a bigger crank pulley yet (SDCE-7.25 or the Procharger 8 rib 7.65 crank pulley)? Bob at EPP has all your pullies.

ive got the stock 8 rib 7.65 pulley right now, by going to the custom 8.25 crank pulley it will only allow me to increase the size of my blower pulley by .250, i dont know if thats worth the expense. I think im going to try my stock setup on the dyno and if it slips then ill worry about it.

Okay, I'm about to install my d1sc and was kind of wondering the same questions. I have a six rib right now though and my main question is what do I need to convert it to a eight rib? Is it just the crank and blower pulleys that need to be swaped? I found a good deal on a eight rib 3.4'' blower pulley so I bought that already. What size crank pulley would I need to max out the blower around 6500 rpm? A 8.25'' eight rib? I can get those at EPP?

All of my aftermarket pulleys for procharger's we get from reichard racing. They work very well. Hell Ive got a P1SC to 700 rwhp on a little 347

Asp (aspracing.com) has them, and I believe they will also make you custom ones, if need be.
