does anyone know of a person who did this kit? It seems very attractive. :devil:

Street kit? I have it and it is nice, but not really for the DIYer unless you have a lot of experience. Onfire has one too.

It may take bit of work, it pays off though.

Depends on what your idea of hard is. I believe these still require a small amount of fabbing and a lot of people don't really have the experience needed or just the tools. To some on here it wouldn't be a problem though.

Cant you get it installed at Speed Inc?? How much more does that cost?

Not all cars are the same and there is very little room for error and so you may have to refab some of the pieces for your particular car. I only had to change the charge piping in three places and the Y pipe a little so I felt lucky cause Tom (onfire) has had to more. I am extremely happy with the end result it just took a little work to get there and just so you know I have been doing this type of stuff a long time, but Jim at Speed inc. Has been the best about addressing my issues and helping me get them solved and providing me with any type of support I needed. He also answered any and all questions at odd times and responded very quickly every time. So I am just giving you my experience with the kit, but keep in mind you could buy the kit and it could bolt up without a problem also. Jim has make some changes after mine and Tom's experiences a little to give more room for differences in cars so I am sure it is better now that they have a few installed by other to give them feed back. If you see my post with all the pics you will see it is great once you get it all in there ans looks great. Sounds good too.

Jim (INTMD8) specified the street twin system be used with a newest version BMR K member, the people who have had issues installing are using older versions of the BMR K member, which may have contributed to some fitment issues.

Stock shortblocks have gone beyond the 600rwhp range with force induction, the factor is; you can set this system up for 8psi, however have capacity for 800+rwhp should you add a stronger shortblock later:) No pullies to swap, no head units to change, just replace the wastegate springs or add boost controller.

i have the money to do this.....but i am also a newbie to any type of forced induction or nitrous systems. im worried about spending all this money (im estimating around 12/15k) and not have a single place to take it to in the future in case something goes wrong.

Fraz, let's reword this a little for accuracy:

Jim's great to work with BTW.

I'm not going to disagree, from the outside looking in, I think Jim has stood behind his product and offers support when needed?
