No TCS... she just bogged hard.... not enough power coming out of the hole....
I had the 2 step way to low and 6-7 psi was all i could get.... had 10 psi on the launch last time and wanted 14-15 on the launch.....
Ill let ya know what we find this week.... relaxing today.... decided on a few others things while she's down too....

Nice 1/8 pass kyle!!!!!! Sounds like my first pass with my OFI kit which is why my pu$$y *** is still on 11-13psi and slowly creeping up! My radiator popped 30 miles from my house on the way to orlando. Got back home grabbed the wifes car and said "f--- the hotrod" and took the wifes car. Sorry to hear about your trouble but now you KNOW tha bitch can ROLL!!!!!!
Hey kyle remember I got dibs on that s88. That sux about your heads. When and where are you doing the repair. hopefully Ill be out and about and have this 4l80e stuff figured out. Call me bud when you get a chance.

Heres the vid of that last pass..... my wife stopped videoing right after my pass
and didnt see the HUGE cloud of white smoke at the end of the track....
You can see i let out of it on that pass and the car was really moving....

On Harlan's pass in my car the 9.26
Im not sure what RPM he had the 2 step at on the Transbrake ( i have both)
I do know he left on 14 psi of boost though...
Now on the time before the video i had the 2 step set to 4500 rpm's and never got there..............
At around 4100 RPM i had 10 psi and launched there netting the 1.46 60".
This time in the vid i had the 2 step @ 3500 and all i could get was 5-7 psi.... just glanced down and watched it for a few secounds and it wasnt climbing anymore.. so i launched and got a crappy 1.9 60'
I am wanting to get the 2 step figured out so I can launch @ 14-15 psi and really see what the car can do....
M/T 325/50 radials @ 18 psi tire pressure hot on both my runs...
I know ill get there it just takes seat time....
No more 1/4 tracks for me for a while...
after the head gaskets are fixed im going to a local 1/8 mile track and working on nothing but the launch and suspension....
We know she can run and make power up top LOL

For that 1/8th mph you should be close to high 5's ET wise if you can get car to move in the first 100'. That'll be down in the 8.6-8.8x's EASY in the 1/4.

Kyle's car seems to move out similar to mine except he can leave with a lot more boost than I could ever (th400 and 4.10's for me).
My junk went 128 in the 1/8th and was on the limiter through the traps at 161. 5.78 in the 1/8th. He should be able to do 160 no sweat. Keep us updated man you will feel great when you break the 8's!
