Why not just put it in the middle and run the downpipe like PSJ has on his setup? That minimizes the hacking necesitated to fit the turbo / downpipe and would still allow you to maintain your AC.
how is the pipe coming off the turbo going to meet up with the intercooler? also if the turbo was a 76mm and smaller it would have been hardly any cutting, thank god I didn't go with a 101mm....the kit is pretty damn nice jet hot coating inside and out...just great workmanship overall....

looks more like a drag car set-up than street, but hey if you like his set-up run one like his...I'll run mine the way it is. I'm not going to please everyone on this board with my decisions, but I only have to please myself.. If it makes you feel any better after we get the turbo installed we are going back in and welding sheet metal to close up the hole...also as I have stated earlier if it was a small turbo no cutting and such, but if you go big you can't cry over cutting out some metal...
