Default My S80 DIY kit is finally done.

Thanks to the guys at Forced Inductions I got my 98 Z finally finished up .
This was my first Turbo build and Jose was very helpful .

Stock short block , ARP bolts
DART225'S done by Bret Bauer
Bret Bauer Comp cam
FAST 90/90
60LBS Injectors
TH400 RMVB WITH BRAKE
9", 3:50 gear
Blah, blah , blah

Here are a few pics. No numbers yet , I wont be dynoing it , just a SD street tune.
I am making 12 psi and it hauls *** , cant wait till its totally tuned and I get the transbrake working.
2 weeks I should have some numbers.
My goal is 9.80's on drag radials. Should be doable , then a LSX block will find a new home between the strut towers.

Some things are not permanant, I will be cleaning up and doing some powdercoating and -4 line connections everywhere.

Looks pretty good. I don't like how the wastegate tube runs backwards against the header tubes but if it controls boost than Sh*t on it. Post a clip of how that bad boy runs! When you hittin the track?

Good luck man, loved to see you get some high 130s or 140s out of that thing. What is your ET goal?

That's one hell of an exhaust! Or is it lack of exhaust?

It is open 4" downpipe now , I plan to maybe change it later down to 3" and run a muffler of some sort.

It isnt that bad driving now but with the pedal to the wood it screams.

ET goal right now is high 9 something, just to prove a point to some locals. I plan to put a LSX block in it and appropriate heads.

We will be starting the chromoly cage in a few weeks, and do some lighting of the car .
I plan to remove the ac box and the factory dash assembly and go to BS3 with a Racepak gauge set up .

WELL TODAY WAS NOT GOOD....I went for a little ride and had some unexpected red windshield washer fluid appear on the windshiled at about 130 mph ......looks like its coming apart tomorrow.
