Changed wastegate springs, need some advice
I changed out my wastegate spring the other day and went from a 7lb spring to a 5lb spring. When I get into boost not I can't get over 6.5 psi even with my EBC turned up to 9. Is there any settings on my Eboost2 that I can adjust to get it working right again or is it something else. Everything worked fine before I changed the spring.

Thanks Adam, I'll have to try that next time I get a chance to mess with it. It had been reading about 2 psi less than my boost guage but that was because one is reading pressure at the turbo and the other is at the manifold.

Ok I tried getting more boost out of it friday and when I turn it up the most I get is ~7.5#s. I tried 9, then 12, then 15, then 18, no change (still ~7.5#s). Next I set my boost setting back to zero and got on it so it would know how much boost there is off the wastegate and got the same results when I tried turning it back to 9 again. Anyone ever had an issue like this? I'm about to put the 7# spring back in and say screw it.

Clearly your EB2 is not functioning to control your boost; but the problem is probably plumbing so don't panic. Check your reference lines for both your EB2 and your BOV; perhaps one has been disconnected in the spring swap? And why are you going down from a 7 lb to a 5 lb spring and still using a boost controller, anyway? Just curious.
Turbosmart hosts the document for the Eboost2 manual, I'd suggest downloading it and giving it a thorough reading. The damn programming is not fun to set up, but the instructions are complete. As stated above, those numbers for boost setting have no connection to any psi value... but it's important to put that set point back down low after you make any changes to fix your problem, and then raise it in increments as you did before.

I changed the wastegate spring back to the 7# one. For some reason mine has always been about equal between setpoints and psi. When I set it to setpoint 7 I would usually see about 7.5, if I set it to setpoint 9 I would see around 8.9. It seems to be working fine now. I'd still like to know what setting I missed changing last time but I'm not gonna swap them again to find out. Trying to start those screws while holding the cap in place is a pain in the a$$ for sure. Thanks for the advice everyone, I can live with the 7 PSI lower boost setting.
