I take the SC off the car.

Using an old belt looped around the pulley and doubled back, I tap firmly on a socket wrench to loosen the bolt. Unscrew the bolt.

I spent less than $20 bucks for a puller like this:

Takes about about a minute or two to screw the pulley off.

To put the different pulley on, I heat it in the oven on 350 degrees for about 5 minutes. With the shaft key in it's slot, I pick up the pulley with pliers and drop it on the shaft. One tap of the hammer and it is in place.

I put Red Loctite on the bolt threads and tighten it back down. Using an old belt (again) looped around the pulley and doubled back, I tap on the socket wrench to tighten the bolt some more, and I'm done!
