Forced induction and cheap do not belong in the same sentence. Unless it was that one saying they dont belong together.
If its cheap, its probably not worth it.

Your goals are around 450+rwhp.
Whats your budget?
What are your current mods?
My Base TC76 Setup will easily out produce your goals. Its $4200 for the base setup.
Then again a H/C/I setup will produce your goals too. Its really a coin toss of what you want in the end.

If you HAD too, a properly set-up rear mount kit can make 450whp, no problem, and spool plenty fast. You will still spend more than 4k though.
I'd just buy Josh at KYTP's kit, and sit on it while you accumulate parts over the next months as your budget allows. Thats what I do. Only thing that blows is when you have ALL of your parts stacked up......you still need big coin to have them installed, unless you are a good mechanic with proper tools and skills!

The 225cc is ideal for normally aspirated 396C.I. to 427C.I. For a wild 346 ci the 225 is a good choice, however some low RPM loss of torque might occur. is it worth going with a 225cc head or should i stick with 215..again my goals r a streetable 450whp but i dont wanna lose low end torque either , or to much of it anyway

A H/C/I discussion would be better suited in the Internal Engine Forum.
We are boost junkies in here. There are many many threads containing answers to all your H/C/I questions over there.

Honestly i don't want to spoil your party but the cheaper you go the more you will spend for additional repairs and the longer down time you will experience. Get yourself a Head and Cam deal and be happy with that. If you want to go turbo get atleast a 10k budget. Seriously....maybe 10k won't even be enough....

Well, that could be a good start. Do the supporting mods first like trans or clutch, driveshaft and rear end, and some suspension. That should drain most your 4k budget right there. But if you do plan on going FI in the future, don't get 65cc heads! You will most likely want a 72cc head if you plan on boost down the road. So a smaller chamber head would just be wasting your money eventually.
