Default alright, new plan: shooting for 600rwhp, whadaya think??

here's the main stuff:

Forged Pistons and Rods (stock 10:1 DCR)
Ported LS6 heads (dual springs, yella terra, moly P-rods, etc)
Lingenfelter gt7 cam
Ported LS2 intake + holley 90mm TB
APS TT kit w/ APS fuel system (billet rails)

all the other bs too: ls2 chain, ported ls6 pump, ls7 lifters, a4-to-m6 conversion, alum drive sahft, 12-bolt, suspension yadda yadda...

what do you think? will i make it? will i need a new MAF (which one if yes if you can steer me in the right direction )

It's a realistic goal. 10PSI would probably do it My $0.02 is that I'd ditch the MAF for 2-barSD tuning. Much more linear powe increase w/ the 2-bar setup. See that you're keeping stock CR. Nothing wrong w/ that, but lowering it to 9:1 would give you opportunity to make more boost w/out stressing the engine. Also, being FI, porting eveything is nice, but not as important as on a NA setup. The turbos will cram air into the cylinders no matter what.

Good luck

Sure I think that's definitely attainable. It makes me wonder what mine would put down if it was a manual instead of a stalled auto.

One thing though, I would be going with a stronger driveshaft than that (I assume you're referring to the stock alum shaft?) I bought one from Midwest, it's a Strange Chromoly shaft ...$295 shipped can't beat that.

its a PST aluminum drive shaft, says its good to 1200hp, we'll see. i don't plan on drag racing so it shouldn't be an issue. i love your numbers keliente, you've inspried me to add a cutout(s) (going with TDs after the turbos) to the list lol. i'll prob get it tuned with the cutout closed tho, if it won't lean me out to much that is

With a good tune you will make around 600 rwhp on a dyno jet at around 9 PSI on 93 octane fuel.

See power vs boost graph from a bone stock C5 ZO6 twin turbo engine.

Good luck with the project.

Peter
