Default What Cars/Trucks use pusher fans?

Anyone know of any cars or trucks that use pusher fans? I have a junk yard 5mins away, and may go and check it out.

I got a 16" pusher from summit (2500 or 2700 cfm) for around a $100. Much better than using questionable parts from a junk yard. Just search "pusher fans" on their site, they offer alot more than what is in their catolog.

All you have to do is find a fan you want and then reverse the wires..... 12v to ground/ ground to 12v...

yes you would, and some motors wont operate properly with the wires reversed, we tried that on my buddies buggy and the wires literally melted

Depends on the fans. I was all ready to flip the blades when we did the car, but on a whim I glanced at the instructions and it just said change the wires. Makes sense that you can flip the wires on a DC motor though, I dont know why it wouldnt work, but then again Im no EE.
