Need some idea's

I finished installing my blower over the weekend and cranked it up for the first time today. Ran ok for like 2 minutes then started shredding my belt. I know all the pulley's on the driver side are ok. (alt. power steering, idle, crank).

Just the pulley's on the blower side are off, but I dont know how to get them to pull in closer to the block? Any advice? here are a couple pictures.

Aligned pulley's: (alt. PS. Idle, Crank) Alt pulley looks off but its from the angle I took the picture.

Here are the pulley's on the blower bracket. See how there off from the crank at the bottom.

Any idea how to pull them in closer to the block? I cant figure it out?

If I wasnt having this problem I would just be enjoying the new look under the engine bay.

I'm just a little frustrated. I've been working for 24 hours on this install. :bang:

Thanks for any help in advance.

Something is way out on the alignment. Is that an A&A kit? If so, I would contact Andy for advice. I would also recommend an laser pulley alignment tool.

what did you do??

did you flip the pulley? or did you install the shim under the blower pulley?

No I had a spacer in the wrong location. A&A's bracket only uses 2 spacers that mount to the head. I seen a 3rd bolt hole at the bottom of the head and figured there was supposed to be a spacer there but I was wrong. Each spacer on the back bracket has a recess it sits in, and the extra one I installed didnt. So it pushed the bottom of the bracket out like .060 or the equivalent of 1 rib. Caused a whole misalignment. I figured it out looking at different pictures of guys A&A kits on Corvette Forum. The instructions were a little misleading during that part of the install. So that, along with me assuming things, messed up the belt.
