Relay on In-Line Walbro problems...
I'm trying to figure out why the inline pump keeps killing my relays.
Ive got a walbro 255 in-tank, and another in-line for high boost.
Im no electrical genius, so I re-did the connections and re-sanded the ground down to bare metal.
its using a 4 pin, 30amp relay, and about every time I turn up the boost, it shells one.
Also, when I get on it on high boost, it drops fuel pressure to about 30ish when I hit 14#, is the pump weak/going bad, or do I need something bigger.
Anyone have any ideas/fixes?
The setup is a front mount 76mm, running 6, 10, and 14psi depending on setting, 60# injectors, and dual walbro 255's, on a 347.
Does anyone have both pumps on all the time?

You are running the second pump inline? You are not going to pull any additional fuel through the first pump.
Give me a call I can help you get the correct setup for your needs.
