Auto meter fuel pressure gauge help

Just finished installing my carbon fiber gauge.

Here's the scoop.

Before I turned on power, gauge was at zero. It cycled and went to max.

Turned off power, stayed at max. Turned power on, it cycles max to 0 back to max and stays there.

Turn power off, unplug gauge, stays at max. Reconnect, cycles again back to max and stays there.

All my connections are good...it's sharing power and ground with A/F gauge and it's working fine.

Only the fuel pressure gauge is wacked.

Any thoughts?

Thanks...BTW, I did a search and couldn't find what I'm looking for. :)

Bad gauge .. no two ways about it.

Thats what happens when you disconnect the plug from the sending unit. Possibly a bad connection at the sending unit or on the back of the guage.
