Default Walbro Fuel Volume at LOW pressure? (Carb)

What kind of fuel volume does a Walbro GSS340 255lph pump put out at low pressure? I understand that fuel volume goes up as pressure goes down. What would one of these pumps be able to flow at 8-10psi through 8an or 10an fuel line?

I want to run an e85 carb at 700ish hp and believe I will need to run a dual pump setup through an Areomotive regulator at the front of the car with an 8an or 10an return.

A dual 255 intank pump setup is good for 1200 engine hp or 1000rwhp at 58psi. E85 requires 30% more fuel volume than gas. From this I believe a 700hp NA E85 engine would roughly need the same fuel as a 1000hp engine.

Could 1 or 2 GSS340 pumps supply this amount of fuel at 8-10psi?
