The rails are as big as any aftermarket rails as far as inside diameter. They will flow more than the LT1 block can take.... I would not hesitate to use them on a 1200rwhp vehicle.

The factory lines & fuel rail connections are the restriction & I would say about 750rwhp is a safe number for them. Above this, I would consider some larger lines & modifying the rails for AN fittings.

I can provide modified LT1 rails & a complete line kit if interested in a big horsepower system. Feel free to call if I can help.

Good to know...I will need to look into that when I put the finishing touches on my turbo project. BTW How much HP do you think my 383 lt1 block with ARP main studs can hold safe. its a 2 bolt.

I would guess around 600 flywheel before the caps start to move around.

I've seen evidence of cap movement in this range on 2 bolt blocks.

Is there any aftermarket rails out there? swapping them out would be more astetics than anything else. Lonnie do you have any pics of your modded rails?

FWIW there are several guys with 1000RWHP that have stock fuel rails, as lonnie mentioned above they are most likely capable of around 1200HP with an appropriate fuel system.
