Default regulator location

I just got my fuel pump replaced amd now have a problem with my camaro surging a little when brakeing thinking of changing out the regulator but I don't know were it is located. Any help would be apercated by the way it is a 3.8l thanks.

its at the wheels...but surging when braking sounds like a vacuum leak. You need to get a gauge on the rails to check the fuel pressure when it happens.

Well I don't know how easy that wold be with the car running. Also I'm getting new rotors as the old ones are warped so that will help me narrow the problem down. I'll let you know when I get them swaped out.
