Default Fuel pressure bleeding off

Is it normal for your fuel pressure to bleed off after I prime it? (key on, engine off) If I key on and never start it, my fuel pressure gauge slowly drops off to about 20 psi after 4-5 mins.

Im just curious if this is normal, otherwise I have something else wrong (injectors are new and not leaking.)

its either leaking out of the lines (not good)
leaking out of injectors (not good, some is normal)

or leaking back through the pump (probably normal as long as its good when running)

Mine does it tow with a Aeromotive FPR and twin walbros. Same goes for almost everyone I've been around. Its normal, it should slowly leak down. Now if it drope realy fast you have a problem.
