ford motorsport 120# injectors

I have a friend who is selling a set of ford motorsport 120# injectors for 400. would these injectors work on a ls1 injector harness and edelbrook vic jr intake? and is this a good deal?

as far as I know 120 were never offered by FMS. They are probably 120 SMP. Also they would be low impedance needing a driver box to use them on a ls1 box

i was planning on using a injector driver box
