I am running the same setup. Haven't installed the injectors just yet. I believe our limiting factor would be the pump. I would venture 550-600rwhp is the limit on a LS1.

Yes, 550-600rwhp is about the limit of the pump.

60# injectors will go quite a bit further... 750-850rwhp depending on the rest of your fuel system components.

I stock both if interested.

My car made 600 rwhp with your exact same fuel system and 20 more with meth injection. Fuel pressure was dropping from 60 psi to about 50 psi though. If you just want a little more than that or to delay the expense of a new fuel system, a KB boost a pump can drive the pump for an extra 80 rwhp or so. My buddy has one on his blown stang for the past year and it seems to be working pretty well.

True but you are sinking another $250.00 into a system that still falls short of a safety margin for fuel. $250.00 gets you half way into a dual system. Depends on your budget. The PBIC option is built into our harnesses.

As said above, skimping on the fuel system is not smart. With an auto the fuel demand goes higher.I would say 550rwhp at max for reliability. After that there should be a dual fuel pump setup.
