SVO 42# pressure rating?

SVO 42# pressure rating? I have seen this range from 39.15 to 43.5 psi from various searches. Why is this? ... What is recommended? Thanks.

I know this has been beat to death..... but, why would Ford put out a pressure rating of 39.15 fuel pressure rating and most ratings are at 3 bar? It makes a huge difference in the scaling.
