Default To drop the tank or not...

Just wondering if this system can be installed without dropping the tank through an access door.

http://www.thunderracing.com/shop-by...d-Controllers/

Part number- 135-F99-FPK

Any help is appreciated, the sooner the better, I have the day to get some work done & want to be ready with an access door cut out or the tank dropped when the part gets here.

Yes, but you'll need to pull/remove the pins from the relay plug so you can run the wiring down past the tank.
I've also have some photos of when i did mine if you're interested.

Highly rec. removing tank to do it properly and clean any junk out the bottom of the tank. Debris in the tank can destroy your new pump.

Thanks guys, actually I did pull the tank & clean everything out but the pump wouln't be here for a couple of weeks & I was wondering if it was worth it to put the tank back in for the pump install. Didn't know if it would be easier to hook everything up from the top with it in place or not.

^^^For what its worth as a sponsor I am mostly involved with the appearance section.

EDIT: ^^^Beat me to it lol.
