Fuel pressure question
 

Good evening LS1 Tech professionals. Question for you guys. What is the correct fuel pressure needed for 42lb injectors running a return? I have been trying to troubleshoot some issues with my car. I am getting very little spark at the plugs, and voltage is 11.3 at the coil harness plug in. Car will not start. I have pulled a couple of plugs and they have a strong fuel smell. This is the only thing I have come up with of why the car is not starting. Please let me know what you all think. Thanks.
