Default LS3 vs LS1 fuel rails

Does anyone know if a LS3 fuel rail would fit on a LS1 intake? If it would, is it a better flowing rail over the LS1?

I have LS1 billet rails on my LS3 intake so I would say it is doable.
I only had to modify the mounts a little.

The stock LS3 rails look better and bigger than the LS1 but I am guessing you would not need them before 800 hp or so.

I beleive the height of them is different..never put them side by side, but just from what I've seen by bolting them up.

That is correct. The LS3 uses shorter injectors so the mounting tabs are not in the correct height and location. Easy to modify though.

Using LS3 rails (with spacers) on my Fast 102. Easily done.

Would you say the LS3 rails provide more flow?

Not really sure. I just used the LS3 rails, cuz they were $75.00 off of ebay vs. the way-too-damned-much for the Fast rails....and they fit my intake with minor issue.

What kind of power are you wanting to make? Unless you're going FI, the stock rails are usually pretty good...up to 750-ish, IIRC.

Any one know if the fuel rails for a FAST LSx or LSR will work with the factory LS3 intake?

I know it say not for factory intake but why?
