Default dual pump fuel pressure issue

i have twin 255's in the tank connected with a Y fitting. i also have ls2 rails with the Schroeder valve on the rail. i hook a pressure tester to it and when i turn ignition on the pressure spikes to 20 or so and falls back to 0. losing pressure in the tank? im running the submersible fuel hose but maybe the clamps arent tight enough and its leaking back into the tank?? thanks

If your just turning the key to run the pump will only cycle for a few seconds and then cut off. Pressure bleed off on a modified system is typical once the pumps are turned off.

Check the pressure with it running. Or will it not run?
