Default fpr on stock 5.3l truck rails
Can I run a adjustable fpr on my fuel system even though I have the stock one in the fuel rails I have the 340 stealth in tank one anyone with any ideas

You'll have to remove the stock one. You're fuel pressure will be limited to whichever is set lower.

What else is involved in removing the stock regulator? What do you use to block the hole?
