Default Should I but new injectors?

Im running a basically stock 2001 5.3 truck motor with a small cam (219,227 607,614). The motor has been rebuilt with about 2000 miles on it. It starts good but its sluggish for a second or so. It really doesn't idle well but I think thats the IAC needing adjusted.
I just got hptuners (really just trying to learn what all of it means) and made a log and noticed at 5500 my injectors were at 105%. Also there might be a slight miss at cruising speeds.
Im thinking the injectors might need replacing because of the startup and high %.
Any Ideas? If they need to be replaced should I go with stock ones? Or a tad bit bigger? Thanks
Oh I am probably not going to do anymore mods, I just want it to run right

IDC should be around 80% at WOT redline so it looks like you need to up the size a step or three.
