what parts for 74 blazer LS swap? I have some specific questions about setting up a fuel system for swapping a gen IV 5.3 into a 74 blazer. Don't know if I need to buy a new tank, a new fuel sending unit, or both;
1 Does the tank itself receive the returned fuel or is it the fuel sending unit?
2 Will a fuel sending unit from a EFI blazer (87-01) fit in my gas tank?
Just bought a 5.3 from an 07 tahoe, time to start gathering parts!

The 74 Blazer fuel thank can be adapted to EFI.
1. The fuel is returned to the fuel pump module.
2. Yes, with this adapter.

Thanks Ollie, just spoke to Dan at vetteworksonline, got a lot of great info that will save me some $! Was going in the direction of getting a used or new tank and sending unit out of an 87-91, but those parts look like the way to go. Only down side is now I have to scrub 40 years worth of grime off my existing tank!
