Default Placement of fpl

I was under the impression that the fpr was to be placed in front of the rail . I was on magna web site and they had the fpr behind the rail . Witch one is write . The build I'd a boosted 408 with a Novi 2200 with 18lb with a 6speed .

Which end is of no concern. How it's plumbed is.
Are you feeding both rails, then out of the opposite ends to the fpr, or??

The return line, [most likely at the bottom of the fpr], goes to the tank, not the pump.
