Default 00 camaro won't stay running codes p0171 and p0174

It won't stay running and codes are p0171 and p0174 and just did the fuel pressure at the testing port and its 15psi and I believe at turn key it should be 40-48psi so the fuel pump needs to be replaced?
Thanks everyone

Stock relief is 4 bar.. 58#. So, should be at least close to that at key on, prime cycle.
Just because psi is low, does not mean the pump is toast.
Could be:
Filter clogged
Supply lines kinked, etc
Crap in the tank, plugging the pump inlet
Low voltage to the pump

Just got the car up on the lift checked the fuel filter and replaced it so I looked at all the feed lines front to back no kinks so I'm going to make an access hole to get the pump out for further inspection

Pulled the pump out now waiting for the new one to come. The filter at the bottom was nasty looking

"The filter at the bottom was nasty looking."

Changing the pump did not include cleaning the tank?
What about the injs? Did the crud make it to the filter baskets?
