Car won't start need HELP!
 

So when I start the car it idles very low around 500. when I push the throttle it dies out. but if I start it and start pumping the throttle it dies out when open and revs up when closed. it has a new racetronix pump. now could this be a filter or maybe a pump issue. The fuel rail is getting gas cause plenty comes out when you press the pressure release valve. already changed the maf, plugs , and TB at this point I'm stumped I have no idea. any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

This isn't on your Yugo, is it?? Some info about the car, the engine setup, etc, would go a long way toward a solution...

As a matter a fact it is my yugo. how'd you know it's a 78 yugo with a ls1A4. pretty basic setup all bolt on's. all I'm really looking for is an answer to my question. would a failing pump or a clogged filter be the reason y it's doing what it's doing that's all. So if you don't have an answer then there's really no point or need on posting in my thread

Make sure the filter is rated for EFI, isn't clogged, the pump filter isn't clogged... Is the the fuel tank rusty? 58psi is the desired pressure.

Maf sensor plugged in? TPS and iac ok? Maybe you need to do an iac relearn?

Ok so I changed out the fuel filter and still nothing. I put a guage on the rail and it was reading 0. So I put the stock pump back on and the damn thing fired right up. The guage was reading 59psi. So anyone know if racetronix has warranty on there pumps?
