fuel line question

fuel line question on my s10 project trying to finalize some of my fuel line questions.
i plan on running a aeromotive fuel cell with the twin phantom pumps 1 of which will be constant and the second boost referenced
my question is do i Y the two lines together at the rear of the truck or do i run 2 -8 lines all the way to the front and run the Y adapter near the fuel rails
i plan on running a boost referenced pressure regulator on the front crossover line with a -6 return line back to the fuel cell
