Fuel Leak

Fuel Leak Ok While I was looking around the engine bay while the car was on I noticed that the round thing on the fuel rail was dripping fuel...
Is there an O-ring behind this part or do I need to get another fuel rail?
I quickly shut it off and dabbed up the fuel as best as I could and I will not start the car anymore until its fixed

Thats not a regulator its a pulse dampener and it is an o-ring inside
