Default Anyone stand by the fuel line mod as safe? does underhood fiberglass protect hood?

This fuel line mod below do you think it is safe? No problems? Any objections?

Does the fire haz under the hood protect the hood paint or is that just myth? Mine is not in good shape but if I fumble with it I can put it back on. Detest handling it though.

What is a "fire haz" under the hood ?

As long as the fuel lines are secure and protected from physical damage, dont really see a major problem with re-routing them

Its the fiberglass mat right under the hood. Some people say it protects the paint from the heat of the engine....lately Ive notice since I took it off there is condensation build up there now...so I am wondering if it helps with that now instead.

those underhood mats are there so that in case of an engine fire the plastic clips holding it up melt off and the mat comes down to smother the fire...
