Default Sheet Metal Intake and Throttle body info?

Hey just looking for an intake manifold to step up from my 2006 truck intake and came across a guy asking about this on facebook. Its an ICT billet intake just wondering if this would be a worth while investment and upgrade or if I should just save till I can buy a fast intake. https://www.amazon.com/Cathedral-Man.../dp/B01CUV8CEW

You'll lose power/torque across the board with that intake. On a stock displacement small cam engine, you will gain absolutely nothing.

If you want to upgrade, swap to a TBSS or newer style truck intake with an ebay 90m throttle body. You can do the whole swap over for $300 and it'll perform almost as well as a FAST for $1000 less.
