Default Need advice on LS1 fuel pressure

I have an 00 Camaro with 193k miles on stock(as far as I know) fuel system. I've added SSRA, ported TB, LS6 intake, LT's, no cats, 2.5" true duals and SS3600. Car runs great with easy starts, etc. Ran a 12.27@110mph (2100da). However, WOT fuel psi drops from 57-58 psi down to 53-54 psi. Is this enough to be holding me back a bit? Fuel filter is new. No codes other than an occasional 1153(I think thats it..I know the code O2 sensor related).

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

its normal for a returnless setup... that and the stock FPR cant handle a constant 58-60 psi

Thanks for the response. That is encouraging to hear. But some research has led me to believe that low mid to low 50's could mean that my pump is getting weak. Some folks suggest that there shouldn't be more than a few psi variation. I also thought that f-body has a loop fuel system which would mean that its not "returnless".

no the LS1 F-body is a returnless system.. meaning there is only a feed line and a Evap line..

I converted mine to a return style setup using the factory Evap line as my return line.

I would agree that the stock fuel pump may be on its last leg... in all honesty I would swap it out so it doesnt leave you stranded somewhere
